Graphic Enterprises Inc. Announces Management Team

May 17, 2004 (North Canton, Ohio). Graphic Enterprises Inc., with world headquarters in North Canton, Ohio has finalized several management changes and promotions following its recent merger with Visual Edge Technology of California. The announcement was made today by Les Beyeler, who has held multiple positions at GEI since 1975 and continues in the position of President and CEO.

Reporting directly to Beyeler and assuming the new role of Chief Operating Officer will be Mark Lewis, the well-known veteran of the general imaging and printing industry. Lewis will be leading the plans to solidify GEI’s leadership position in the wide format imaging and copying solutions marketplace. His successful career includes the founding of Media Graphics Distribution in 1987 and Martec Marketing in 1991 during which time he also served as President of the Vision Group National Trade Association. He co-founded Tekgraf Inc. in 1997 and engineered mergers to create and head Calgraph Technology Services from 1999-2002. Calgraph joined with GEI last year and Lewis helped orchestrate the alliance with Visual Edge Technology and the recent creation of the new GEI.

Lewis has chosen Greg DeMuesy, one of Graphic Enterprises most experienced executives, to lead the corporate marketing and multi-divisional sales and service organizations. As the Corporate VP of Operations, DeMuesy will have overall responsibility for each of Graphic Enterprises Divisions; GEI CalGraph North American Services, GEI Office Solutions Products, GEI Wide Format Products, GEI Supply Sales and GEI Corporate Marketing. DeMuesy began his career at GEI in 1975 as a Service Technician and progressed through the ranks in all functional areas of the business to most recently being President of the Office Solutions Division.

Other related executive assignments and promotions at Graphic Enterprises include Brian Frank, who has been promoted to Vice President, GEI Office Solutions Division; Mark Maltese, named VP of Sales for the GEI Wide Format Division; John Johannsen promoted to Vice President of GEI CalGraph and Jim Miller, promoted to the new role of Director, Corporate Marketing.

Also, Greg Ash returns to GEI after eight years in management consulting and will take the position of Director of Business Systems, reporting to Mark Lewis. Angela Winter will report to Ash in her promotion to the position of Information Technology Manager for the company.

Minolta, Muratec and Okidata, focusing on sales and service of these brands in Northeastern
Ohio.
