VISUAL EDGE COMPANIES FORTIFY WIDE FORMAT SALES AND SERVICE TEAMS

North Canton, Ohio, December 9, 2005. Visual Edge Technology Inc. (VisualEdge) announced today that its North American wide format imaging service business, GEI CalGraph, has strengthened its management team with the recent addition of graphic arts industry sales veteran, Dwight Nichols.

Mr. Nichols takes on the new position of GEI CalGraph Director of Business Development, charged with upgrading the company's legacy customers with new equipment, service contracts and supplies. Additionally, he will be focused on expanding current business alliances and creating new opportunities with major national and international accounts. His 18 years of sales management experience has been exclusively in the graphics and imaging solutions industry, most recently as the Regional Manager for the Professional Graphics Group of Epson.

This latest addition to the talent pool at the Visual Edge Technology family of companies follows the notable hiring of another well-known, wide format industry expert, Roger Ilgen, who was attracted to the GEI Wide Format Solutions business, taking over as Director of North American Sales earlier this summer. Prior to joining GEI, Mr. Ilgen was the National Sales Director for Tameran Graphic Systems, Inc. following his remarkably successful 30 year career at Xerox where his last position was Director of Sales Operations, North America for XES, Graphic Arts Products.

Both Mr. Ilgen and Mr. Nichols report to Mark Maltese, Vice President of both GEI Wide Format and GEI CalGraph, who said, "These men are true leaders in this industry and have both taken a fresh look at what we have been doing and taken immediate action that has substantially improved both our wide format equipment sales performance and our third party service provider business.
